Tessa is our Small Business and Personal Lines Sales Specialist, bringing over six years of experience as an insurance professional focused on client advocacy. She is an outgoing, people-focused expert who enjoys educating customers about their coverage options, ensuring they feel confident in their decisions. Outside of work, Tessa stays busy with her five children and grandchild, and she enjoys spending time with her corgi, Brynn.

Susan brings more than 30 years of experience as an insurance professional, known for her genuine care and dedication to client advocacy. She enjoys building long-term relationships with her clients, answering their questions, and helping them navigate their insurance coverage with confidence. After growing up on the East Coast, Susan made Colorado her home, where she enjoys spending time with her three children and her new grandchild.

Rosie brings a strong background in both insurance and customer service, with 8 years of experience supporting clients in the insurance industry. As a Commercial Lines Specialist, she takes pride in her role as a client advocate, helping clients understand their coverage, answering questions in a clear and approachable way, and identifying potential gaps they may not even realize exist. Kim brings over five years of experience as our Commercial Lines Coordinator and plays a key role in client advocacy within our commercial insurance operations.
