As a Commercial Lines Specialist, she takes pride in her role as a client advocate, helping clients understand their coverage, answering questions in a clear and approachable way, and identifying potential gaps they may not even realize exist. Rosie is passionate about building trust with clients, educating them, and ensuring that businesses feel confident they are properly protected, all while collaborating effectively with insurance agents and other insurance professionals.

Kim brings over five years of experience as our Commercial Lines Coordinator and plays a key role in client advocacy within our commercial insurance operations. She oversees the organization, servicing, and renewal of complex commercial accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely communication with both clients and insurance professionals.
